CrowdQuestion is a new social platform that is focused on connecting crowds through Q&A The Right Way. Starting in June, we will begin to conduct weekly panels on various topics. These panels are focused on providing interaction on fascinating subjects that inspire and educate through Q&A.

Starting June 24th, we will be conducting a panel for those interested in improving their business, employee engagement, sparking innovation, and redesigning their workplace or organizational structure. The Revolutionize The Employee Experience By Increasing Engagement & Innovation Panel will feature seven panelists throughout the world, who are experts with proven experience in different industries and sized organizations, providing insights towards improving the employee experience which in turn revolutionizes your organization. Ask questions regarding general or specific concepts surrounding improving your organization, increase engagement, and spark innovation. This diverse panel allows for a wide array of answers to questions from various types of organizations in different situations.

How It Works

CrowdQuestion’s Panels will be the first panels to be conducted online rather than in-person enabling participation to be significantly vaster. Participating in the panel will not require any in-person or conference-call interaction. Members of the crowd can ask written and audio-based questions for one week leading up to the panelist answer period.

To engage in these powerful panels as part of the crowd, join CrowdQuestion for free on any device. After joining, search for and follow CrowdQuestion’s Channel. Every panel event will be conducted through this channel. The events will appear on your My Events calendar.

Each question can be asked in a general format for all panelists or be directed to one or more panelists. All questions can be given a green thumbs up by the crowd members. As they give their favorite questions a green thumbs-up, the list will begin to display the questions the crowd is most curious about at the top of the list.

Panelists may answer questions as they come in, but are given a full week to answer questions after the week of asking questions has finished. Through CrowdQuestion, the panelists can review the list of questions and can answer them. The panelists will answer the question in written format.

As questions are answered, they are displayed in the answered questions list. Click on the answered questions button to see questions that have been answered. Something compelling about panels conducted using CrowdQuestion is that the information is displayed forever. The questions and the panelists answers will be available for those interested to see at any time on any device. This allows for your powerful insights to keep on providing value to others.

Francis Aquino
Director Of Workplace & Employee Experience at Honey

Francis brings more than 12 years of start-up industry experience as the Director of Workplace & Employee Experience for Honey (www.joinhoney.com). Honey offers a free extension for Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari that aggregates discount codes for whichever shopping site a user visits. Francis is tasked with revamping all workplace services for the growing number of employees and ensuring that the physical environment creates engagement, productivity and avenues to be creative. His biggest project to date is the build out of Honey’s new 130K square feet HQ in the Arts District. Francis’ goal is to evolve the physical design of the space to recognize the value of the employee experience.

His passion for workplace design development and people empowerment started in New York City where he designed the office spaces of several start up companies and created unique and exciting onboarding processes to increase employee engagement. Moving back to Los Angeles, he was one of the pioneer employees of the breakout brand – Nasty Gal (www.nastygal.com) where he was the Director of Office Operations.

Francis moved on to being the Director of People and Culture of Daily Look (www.dailylook.com), Senior Manager, Workplace Experience for Headspace (www.headspace.com), and most recently, the Regional Manager, Facilities and Workplace Services for Uber West Coast (www.uber.com). He is the moving force in developing the office and employee experience to develop a curated design style, combining high level goals of creating a great looking space, effective functionality and increased people engagement.

Colin J Browne is the author of the book How to build a Happy Sandpit, which investigated and revealed the lessons of how great Southern African companies create high levels of engagement, and the founder of the Johannesburg- based Happy Sandpit think tank. He is a leading proponent of organisational culture and how it drives engagement, loyalty and performance and is often called upon to deliver talks on these and related topics at conferences, for organisations and elsewhere.

Charlie Garland

Charlie Garland is President of The Innovation Outlet, an independent team of innovation and business strategy consultants who train, coach, advise, and lead clients in the use of strategic innovation resources. In addition, Charlie is a board member of the Creative Education Foundation. He is also a Senior Fellow of HITLAB @ Columbia University Medical Center, researching the dynamics of human cognition and performance. Brorhie Muoboghare is IBM's Global Digital Learning Success Manager. His team is responsible for the transformation of IBM corporate learning into a digital marketplace by partnering with a specialized team in IBM to develop and implement solutions that embody social, digital marketing, Artificial Intelligence and more in support of the IBM digital learning ecosystem. He is also the global leader for IBM Blue Credits; a skills acquisition program with the aim to reward excellence in the field of learning and technology. His foundation is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is a coach, a business transformation consultant and a Nigerian.

His career started in administration before he moved on to the Business Development industry and Human Resources. In HR, he has worked in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner and Learning and Development.

He is currently one of IBM's mentors to NECA in Connecticut USA where he prepares the students for future STEM careers.


Mai Ton

Mai Ton advises technology companies, providing insights and practical advice for companies with 25 - 500 employees in the New York or the San Francisco Bay Areas. She formerly led the People teams at White Ops, HelloSign, Onelogin and Trulia. Instead of helping one company at a time as an internal HR leader, she formed her own consulting business, EMP HR Consulting, where she contributes her knowledge to help many companies simultaneously.

Mai’s services provide companies a clear people strategy with core structures like performance management, compensation frameworks, remote strategies and benefits programs which increase employee engagement and retention.

She has won 14 awards for her companies, and was named to the list of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology in 2019.
